Organizations We Serve

A&H IT Renew helps organizations plan secure electronics recycling and technology retirement.

Technology Retirement Looks Different for Every Organization

Healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, manufacturers, professional offices, nonprofit organizations, and Managed Service Providers all depend on technology in different ways. When equipment reaches the end of its useful life, each organization faces its own priorities—from protecting sensitive information and maintaining asset records to coordinating equipment removal without disrupting daily operations.

A&H IT Renew provides secure electronics recycling, off-site hard drive shredding, and IT Asset Disposition solutions built around each organization’s equipment, workflow, and documentation needs. Our goal is to make technology retirement secure, organized, and professionally managed from beginning to end.

Electronics from multiple industries are organized for recycling by A&H IT Renew.

A&H IT Renew works with organizations throughout Southern California to securely retire computers, servers, networking equipment, storage devices, and other business electronics. Explore how we support the technology-retirement needs of each industry.

Industry list:

  • Healthcare Organizations
  • Schools & Educational Institutions

  • Businesses & Professional Offices
  • Nonprofit Organizations
  • Managed Service Providers

A&H IT Renew coordinates technology retirement for healthcare, education, offices and industry.

Different Organizations. Different Priorities

Technology-retirement projects are shaped by the environment in which the equipment was used. Healthcare providers may be concerned about sensitive information stored on retired devices. Schools may need to clear classroom technology during a scheduled upgrade. Government agencies often require organized asset records, while manufacturers and warehouses may need equipment removed without interrupting daily operations.

Professional offices must protect confidential business and client information. Nonprofit organizations need a straightforward process that respects limited time and resources. Managed Service Providers must also ensure that every project reflects the professional service their clients expect.

A&H IT Renew begins by understanding the organization, its equipment, its schedule, and its documentation needs. This allows each project to be managed with the appropriate level of planning, secure handling, and professional support.

A Consistent Process Built Around Your Needs

Every organization has different priorities, but dependable technology retirement requires the same foundation: careful planning, secure handling, clear communication, accurate documentation, and responsible recycling.

Before equipment is collected, A&H IT Renew reviews the types and quantities of electronics involved, site-access requirements, scheduling needs, data-bearing devices, and requested documentation. Retired equipment is then organized and transported for secure processing at our facility. Eligible hard drives and SSDs can be physically destroyed through off-site shredding, with serialized reporting and Certificates of Destruction available for qualifying projects.

This structured approach gives each organization a service experience shaped around its needs while maintaining the professional standards expected from beginning to end.

Let’s Plan Your Technology Retirement Project

Your organization deserves a recycling partner that understands your equipment, data-protection priorities, internal records, and scheduling needs. Tell A&H IT Renew about the electronics you are retiring, your location, estimated quantities, and any requested documentation.

Our team will review your project, answer your questions, and help determine the appropriate solution through business electronics recycling, secure off-site hard-drive shredding, serialized reporting, and responsible IT Asset Disposition.

From a single-department upgrade to a larger technology refresh involving multiple locations, we are ready to help your organization complete the project securely, professionally, and responsibly.
