Yes. We offer convenient pickup service for qualified business customers throughout our service area. Pickup availability depends on your location and the quantity of equipment being recycled. 

Yes. We responsibly recycle servers, switches, routers, firewalls, computers, monitors, storage devices, networking equipment, and many other business technology assets. 

Yes. Residents are welcome to drop off accepted electronics during our regular business hours. Residential pickup service is not available. 

Yes. We securely destroy hard drives through physical shredding to help protect sensitive business information before responsible recycling. 

Yes. We securely destroy solid-state drives (SSDs) and other supported data storage devices using physical destruction methods designed to protect sensitive information. 

Yes. Upon request, we provide a Certificate of Destruction documenting the secure destruction of eligible data-bearing devices. The certificate should be retained with the accompanying serialized report for your records. 

Yes. We provide serialized reporting for eligible equipment, helping businesses maintain accurate records of retired assets and destroyed data-bearing devices. 

Data-bearing devices are securely handled throughout the recycling process. Hard drives and supported storage devices scheduled for destruction are physically shredded before the remaining materials are responsibly recycled. 

IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is the secure process of retiring business technology while protecting sensitive data, maintaining accurate records, and responsibly recycling equipment that has reached the end of its useful life. 

Depending on the equipment and your organization's requirements, retired technology may be securely processed for responsible recycling. Data-bearing devices scheduled for destruction are physically shredded before downstream recycling. 

Yes. We work with businesses during office relocations, hardware upgrades, and technology refresh projects by securely removing retired equipment and managing the IT Asset Disposition process.

 Yes. Business and residential customers are welcome to drop off accepted electronics during our regular business hours. We recommend calling ahead to confirm staff availability before visiting. 

 Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Business pickups are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please contact us to schedule a pickup or confirm availability.
